So, one has to meet all requirements listed.. Does anyone know if the senate version might have mercy on people, like me? - say, change before 16 to 18 and upper limit would be 35, instead of 30?

This is something that the Republicans didn't like about the DA. Fraud. Since the burden of providing proof that you were here before your 15 birthday (or is it 16?) is on the applicant, anyone can falsify "proof". I'm sure that they are going to check it anyway, but the fact that someone who didn't qualify still tries to get relief under the DA is just no bueno.

Yes, You must meet every single requirement. Thats the beauty of the Dream Act.
You do not qualify and there is zero chance of changing the requirements to allow more people to qualify.

There is no more senate version, unless they make amendments to the House's at the Senate, but I doubt that, because that would mean it has to be voted again in the House, and they want to expedite the bill's passage so it can go to the Presidents desk right away.

School records, by law he'd have to be in school. He could dropout at age 16, but again, he'd need to be in school first to be able to drop out.

ffs don't believe republicans when they say "there is no way to prove it"

More chances of going back up to 35 then 18.

15 and under has always been there.

No. Not even a slight chance of this happening. They are working on building up a stronger support for dream, getting other senators who are on the fence.
