Didn't know so many dreamers were into investing.Definitely agree with the gold argument,as long as the US and Europe have ongoing debt issues and the Chinese are buying up the precious metal,Gold could reach over 2000 easily.

I was also thinking about Platinum as well, should things go for the better longterm.

Hey guys, who do you invest with? I'm interested investing, and want to start an account soon to do so. Do you guys use an online discount broker? If so, did you sign up with an ITIN number? Thanks!

Be careful with gold, it's only a metal and an overprice metal at that. I want to start investing on the markets but I would like to go for the long steady returns not looking to become a millionaire over night. I would like to find some companies that can become blue ships. Anyone can recommend a discount broker?

Hey guys, I ended up signing up with E-Trade. I know they're are other discount brokers with better rates out there, but E-Trade made signing up with an ITIN number really easy, they even specifically ask you what type of number it is and so on. For a normal investing account I believe you need to carry a minimum balance, but I signed up for a Roth IRA account which doesn't require a minimum.
