looking for help in seattle - Page 3

same here, it seems impossible to rent a house there, especially if u dont have ss#, seems no way for u to get ur name on the utility bills,lol

ok so we know renting a place without a SS is difficult but how about getting utilities in our names? what is required for that? anyone know?
