No i don't think it would be a student visa, but a long term visa like a H1B where you get to drive and work and all of the important things, but can't sponsor people and can get deported if you do commit heinous crimes.

And, it's not that very different from the DA. Under the DA, you are a resident, can work, drive, etc. If you screw up though, your ass is gone. Plus, under the DA, don't you have to wait 10 years before you are able to apply for citizenship? I don't understand what the fucking problem is. Some of you need some fucking psychological help. It's mind boggling how some of you are bitching about Rubio's attempts to help us.
