Ha. The thing is, you spend years upon years upon years surviving in the United States completely undocumented, but you can't come up with 2 grand for lawyer fees? C'mon, guys.

The day the Dream Act passes, I'mah call up my closest friends and my family to have some cold cold beers, with no fucks to give.

The day the DA passes and once I get a permit or some sort of visa. I'm gonna rock out with my caack out

There are people who will go through a lawyer and those who won't. I highly recommend a lawyer though.

You would need a Visa to go to Canada right? ID from Canada?

Sorry to be the party pooper but the first day you are probably collecting money to contact a lawyer. You are still undocumented until USCIS recognizes you. You are probably going to go do a lot of paperwork and wait for USCIS mail, which takes months, before you go into DMVs and stuff >_>

I don't know about all this lawyer business. I'm going to analyze the requirements myself first and see if I can handle it with some help if needed. Then if nothing works out and a lawyer is absolutely necessary, we'll try to find one.

As soon as my application paper work is in and my visa is in my hand I will stay far far away from everything politics, and focus on my social skills , probly go to the mall and try to hit on girls way out of my league maybe ill get lucky with my new found confidence at that point.
