Start gathering whatever you have guys and keep it organized and in one secure place!

If you have the means, I would recommend also scanning all your docs and have them stored in different locations, even online where you have absolute control and security, of course. There's Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, SkyDrive—you name it.
