Yes, this is what I personally needed. I might be put into removal proceedings because my families GC app was denied. We are currently trying to fix it but if we are unable to fix it then we go into removal proceedings. Qualifying for this means that I will able to hopefully graduate as a pharmacist in 6 years without fear and anxiety of deportation. I qualify for 245i so maybe I get married when I'm still studying and get a GC that way or get sponsored.

No, this is false information. Nothing was said about the ban so it presumably stays the same.
