I don't understand how could the DHS ruling affect his bill, in a way it would help establish a registry instead of just waiting for a new process. Rubio was probably talking about the politically. Like I said, politically there is a small chance of the dream act passing both chambers of the 112th congress even before the DHS ruling. We should not give up but understand that we might have to wait another year.

To Rubio it did somehow. So we need Rubio to be the VP nominee and but we really need Obama to win. I think Rubio will come up with something,

Honestly though, ever since the deferred action... Everything became quiet.. There hasn't been any movement with the activists, well not that i know of. The news thread is dead quiet. Not even a single news concerning the deferred action is posted.

And everyone is anxious. I myself is getting irritated with this whole thing too.

Everyone is waiting for USCIS to finally do something. If you're on the verge of finally being able to get a work permit, drivers license, and finally put that agree to something besides looking good on the wall, very few things actually seem fitting to be called "news".

That is because USCIS is working on setting up the application process. I am sure this site will be swamped once we get near August 15th.

I wonder when 31+ original dreamers will get a break.
