Sent mine through USPS using Priority Shipping and with a Delivery Confirmation on Friday, August 17 at 5:45 p.m. It arrived today Monday, August 20 at 11:23 a.m. 
Sent to the lockbox facility in Phoenix, Arizona from Los Angeles. Total was like $6 for my 50-page packet. Oh yeahhh
