I am scheduled for 1st of October at the Sugarland location. It's like 20 mins from where I live.

If you have a legitimate excuse and you are scheduled at the 290 office, they will let you do a walk-in.

Wife and I went in early before they opened at 8a. There was a small line and they let everyone else that was there go in first, then they made us wait until 8:45a to go in. After that the process was extremely fast, in and out in 10 minutes or less. Everyone in that office was extremely polite.

On another note, is this gonna be the official Houston thread? I'm sure there are more of us from Houston on these forums.

Just wanted to know if they allow it & if so what time is best to go?

I was there an hour after lunch and there was no one ahead of me.

I alsi went to my appointment today, at around 10. 9/12. There was a small issue and i talked with the manager... But everything turned out fine

Were you at the 290 location? I think I saw you... I was called after you, when I saw a lady escort a guy out and point to an office saying to talk to a manager.

Ohhh ok! Yea i was a little concerned when i heard for you to talk to the manager lol. I was in the row in front of you on the opposite side of the aisle. Short hair, glasses, dark orange blouse and jeans i figured you were a dreamer trying to do a walk-in lol
