There are only 2 - north side and south side location.

Seems that the north side are jerks and do NOT allow walk-ins, even if empty. South side location staff are friendlier and they do allow walk-ins after 1:30PM. When you get your biometrics appointment, it will state which location to go to (they choose the closest location for you).

, that means I will get one of the north side location, even though I spend most of my time in the south side of the city. I am crossing my finger it does not conflict with any exams, but if I where to do the walk-in option, would I be allowed to go to a different location than the one given to me or would it have to be the one given to me?

And the south side is a bit ghetto-ish, trust me, I attend IIT which is located on 35th, the only reason we don't get mugged as much as we used to is because we have public safety either always walking around the campus or driving their cars around campus, etc., etc., and will respond within seconds when an emergency button is pressed, regardless, there are still a few that take place from time to time on the CTA.

You will undoubtedly become a member of Undocumented Students and Allies at IIT, right?

I commute all the way from Albany Park, an hour long trip from the last stop of the brown line, transferring to the red line to get to campus.

Or the green line in downtown to be safe, but it is a bit risky at night, I stayed on campus until 1-2 in the morning sometimes, holed up in the library studying, just like this very moment. My tip, don't wear flashy jewelry, have your phone out too much and always get on the first car of the L.
