I'll be an October applicant as well.

I closed a joint account, my ex-wife was on, back in 2009. Last month, I provided the account number of the closed account. Records from 2007 through 2009 are nowhere to be found. I went to a few nearby branches and spoke to various people over the phone. I'll be driving an hour this Wednesday to the branch I closed the account in. It's my last shot, and I'm hoping they have something in paper that perhaps other branches don't have access to. It's really the best proof of continued residence that I have other than pay stubs. And I was recommended to send any proof other than pay stubs by my lawyer.

Did your lawyer tell you why not to send paystubs. I know for me I was initially concerned about send paystubs and w2s because I made a decent amount of money. I wasn't balling but I wasn't struggling either. If you think about it though unless you dont' have direct deposit your bank statements will show your pay checks or the total amount deposited that month if you choose to only send the first couple of pages.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this but reading all your post makes me hopeful. I'm planning on sending mine out this week. I was just wondering, I'm just filing form I-765/I-765ws, do I need to send out any evidence that I've been continuously living here? Or do I just send out those forms only? Because in the Lock Box page, it stated not to send any supporting evidence so, I'm not too sure about that part. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Oh boy. I hope you're just joking.

You need to do a bit more of a reading.
I mean a lot.

Why are you waiting for your bank statements? I logged in my account and printed them straight from their website. All statements are saved in my account. Maybe yours too, if you can't login contact the bank to set you up with a username and password and life will be a lot easier.

Trust me, I've been reading a whole lot. My uncle whose done this before for his wife and is really familiar with the whole USCIS process..and he told me I didnt need the form I-821D since I came here legally but my I-94 has expired. So, I was just asking if I needed any other forms or proof along with my I-765 form. I did consider just sending out I-821D just to be sure.
