For any other type of application, whenever an interview is going to be scheduled, your case is routed to a local USCIS office.

If they want more paperworks on your detention then they can just send you an RFE, do you mind to share what you got detained for?. I think there will be an interview only if you have major criminal history or if you hide something from USCIS.

I'm pretty sure this happened to everyone who got transferred to NBC. I doubt it's because of specifics in our cases, because we all have similar LIN's. all of these cases seem to be people who sent their app around 8/20, sent to nebraska, and did biometrics around 9/20
