i would almost be angry if i went in and they let me renew my license bcuz i could have done this 2 months ago.... maybe ill call the dmv tomorrow and ask them... |

Now, my cousin has an expired learner's permit so they told him he just had to take the driving test. He does not have to wait to get approved for deferred action nor get a ssn. I had to wait til I was approved and had a social because I never had a license before. So im guessing for those of you who have had a license in the past here in FL maybe you can renew it without waiting for your EAD. It doesn't hurt to go and ask.
