have some patience yeah?

also, i'm not here to please you or anybody.. internet kid. remember that.

what's wrong with selling elotes again? i mean.. you'd be providing a service with which people would be glad to hand over money.
all you is be negative you had nothing positive to say.

Others did take the time to give advices.

Don't get my words wrong. All I said was, that he said that to be negative about what I had to ask in a racial way. I am from Mexico and I love elotes and I have sell other mexican things besides elotes, like cuerito and chicharrones so I am not ashamed.

I am using this Forum to find someone like me. I am here to see if new users will see my case maybe they can relate and have had the right help. I understand that I need the legal assistance. Isn't this what this site is all about? finding help and others for guidance and communicate?

I think that EWI will be considered fraud too.

I am trying and trying to find the right lawyer that has probably filed a case like this one.

Which is what im looking for here. For others that can tell me something more about this.

Options:

a) Submitting false documents marks him as a fraudster, he might get denied right away. The evidence speaks for itself.
b) Not submitting false documents and claiming he EWI might put him on the same level as those who did EWI. If they did found out, he would still be a fraudster, but they might mail him a RFE to clarify the situation, he would then be officially denied or approved.

I remember that during a USCIS webcast it was advised not to include fake socials. Interpret this however you wish.

Also, it's the other person's identity who was inspected, not OP's.

What they mean by not submitting false documents is submitting documents that were altered or were fake, as in photoshopped evidence. That's not the same as what OP is trying to do.

There are many people who submitted pay stubs with different social securities, and even people who submitted taxes with false social security numbers and were still approved. Just because they committed a fraud, doesn't mean the documents are fradulent.

Lying on the application is something completely different that would get you deported.

That isn't the issue, the issue is you're making multiple threads on the SAME question, when almost everyone of them people told you to seek a professional advice since your situation is somewhat complicated. Even this thread, with buckminsterfullerene and Not_today's response, it still points that you should see a lawyer.

You talk about respect, but it seems to me that it is you who is disrespecting the other users by your duplication of the threads and basically ignore people who told you to see lawyer.

And we are guiding into talking to a lawyer , not committing fraud because like it or not. It was fraud and the only thing going for you is you were underage and did not do this. Talk to a lawyer who will know what to do since you're not the first kid who entered here by fraud stop wasting time here and make some money. Its your necessity not ours.

USCIS said in the webcast not to submit other people's social security numbers or made up numbers AKA fake socials. It's common sense not to submit actual fake documents, the doctored kind. By not submitting documents that might incriminate him, he's merely not disclosing them, and if USCIS needs them, all they are going to do is ask for them, and that's when he gets a chance to come out clean. A lawyer is simply going to tell him to send in copies of his visa and I-94 (they wouldn't risk ruining their reputation) or tell him not to apply.
