Yeah I received card yesterday also even though I did the survey more than a month ago.

Survey still going or done? 20 bucks for amazon wouldnt hurt me.

i havent recieve the survey on my email.

We send e-mail blasts with information on how to take the survey a couple times per month, we do that after we have gone through everyone that has registered and determine whether or not we have fulfilled the criteria for their demographic on the survey. As of this moment we are not excluding anyone, but we are still sending the e-mails with information on how to take the survey every so often.

I received mine and my sister also received hers. If you are interested in participating, go a head and do it. It literally takes 10 minutes to fill out the survey.

We have also managed to rectify the issue we had between the institution and amazon in getting the gift cards to compensate participants. Right now we are catching up with everyone that has taken the survey and have sent the gift card compensation to participants that took the survey before Sept. 11, if you have taken the survey before sept. 11 and have yet to receive any compensation contact me at [email protected] and I will investigate.
