so on saturday I got my wallet back with everything in it in the same place but I got my confirmation letter for the replacement

Glad u found it! how did u get it back? Have you called uscis to see if they had already cancelled the card and if not, cancel the application for the replacement and refund you?

SOMEONE SENT MY WALLET IN THE MAIL AFTER 4 MONTHS OF HELL! But I called them and unfortunately I cant get a refund because I was told once u apply for a new one the old one is invalid but Im pissed because I didnt think I would have to do another bio and i got my bio appointment for the 30th in the mail ugh WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

How you could NOT know? Lots of people here have lost their EADS and have reported they have had to do another bio
