In reality DA user is mocking us. That's why he never explain why he thinks cir will pass this month. Why he can only say "did you no read the articles " doesn't even specify which ones either. The House has had since summer to get this done. They had plenty of time. I don't think the Republicans ever intended to pass CIR.
