Has anybody travel to the US Virgin Islands. We have established that Puerto Rico is ok. But, have people been adventurous enough to try GUAM or USVI?

Every source I've looked through says that the USVI is a Free Port and is considered a special customs zone. The CBP checks all flights going toward the mainland/PR.

Under DACA we're free to travel to the territories. They only require us to present a passport of our country and the I-821 Approval Notice for DACA.

Note: Do your research, do not visit a territory that has a separate immigration system such as American Samoa, you'll considered to have left the US and be subject to immediate deportation and the 3/10 year bans.

I do want to go on an adventure. But I would like to come back too. lol. So, we do have to travel with our passport from our country? I let that thing expire since we know have our DL. Should I renew it?

Hahaha. I had to google Guam. I am not sure how you would even land there. It is like the size of of my shoe. I am interested in USVI. I will be calling CBP. I read their website and it looks like closed loop cruises are not a good idea at all if you read the wording. So, you have to fly in.

So has anyone visited the Virgin islands ?

I went to Puerto Rico in March and had no issues . I emailed CBP and was told we are okay to go to the Virgin Islands as long as we take Daca doctmentation and state id. But I want to see if anyone has visited USVI with Daca.
