My EAD will expire before renewal - Help - Page 3

I got approved yesterday!!! I sent my application 85 days before expiration.
Timeline:
Daca Expiration: October 15
Application Sent: July 19th
Application Received: July 25th
Biometrics: Walk-in August 12; app. august 18th
Approved: September 16th

What service center?! I had my biometrics august 1 and still havent heard anything. My EAD also expires october 15th!

I sent my renewal with about 82 days until my EAD expires. I know, big mistake. For some reason I thought the time line was 90 days before expiration. I received a letter from HQ that if I don't have a renewed EAD by the time my current one expires, I won't be able to continue working for them. I think I'm screwed.

My EAD expired on 12/3/14. My application has been pending at NSC since 9/15/14. The USCIS lost my biometrics notice in the mail - I was never notified.

I am on an unpaid leave and in danger of losing my job.

Expedite RFE has been sent - no response for the past week.

USCIS is torture! Worst process, worst customer service.
