No mention of the age cap for DACA? Is there a written source on this somewhere?

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

No mention. This order is narrow. Only for parents of USCs. Fucking disappointing.

He also said "legal residents", not sure if that is a blunder or a hint to a loophole as to who he means by legal residents?

How does he know? Are the details out yet? I didn't hear anything about the age cap removal.

DACA: I was too old by 5 days.

Read my other post - the link is the official release talking points directly from the WHITE HOUSE. Childhood arrivals no longer have the limitation of getting old(er). <snark>
