Early Renewal for 3 Year EAD - Page 3

Got an email from USCIS a few days ago.

App was delivered and signed off on - 12/27
USCIS received it - 1/2/17

The email stated that mine has been sent to Nebraska Center and they cashed my check. Currently waiting for the letter in the mail so I can get a case/receipt number and track it online. I forgot to mention that my EAD expires in Nov 2017 so I'm surprised that they're processing my case? Unless I'm just waiting for mail telling me that I applied too early - I don't really remember the steps for renewal since it was a while ago.

Keep us posted fishcakes. My brother expires in December 2017. I don't know what will happen by then.

This is a good sign. If Trump rescind DACA, it is likely that all current renewal will continue to be processed. They just won't take in any new renewal request.

I'm praying to God you're right. I don't think I'll get mine approved before Trump is sworn in. Hopefully he will allow my case to be adjudicated after getting into office.

I will send mine that expires in December, tomorrow, i feel is going to be rejected but meh it wont hurt.

Good Luck, and if they do return it I would think they would return the money order too since it's the cost of DACA. It just makes sense that way.

Mine expires December 17. Please keep us posted. It sounds like the main concern right now is repealing the healthcare reform so maybe we can sneak in some renewals before he remembers DACA is still active haha.

Mine was received last Monday, haven't hear anything yet.
