ive been on FB comments lately on trying to explain to these folks who say "they been here for 5 years with DACA, how come they didnt apply and do it the legal way."

we cant, there is no pathway. if there was we wouldve done it already, tbh the average american doesnt know the ins and outs of the immigration system.

To answer his question, even though it wasn't for me, I'm in Flushing.

When he was asked "should dreamers be worried", he made that face, lowered his voice and quickly said "we love dreamers, we love everyone" without even making an eye contact and couldn't say "no they shouldn't worry". His body language tells it all. He's definitely leaning towards ending it.

That's not a surprise, though. Is anyone really, at this point, expecting him to keep the program?

The logic side of me is saying no, the emotional side is saying yes. There's report saying in the later part of the press today, he said he has a good feeling about daca. Now, taking it with a grin of salt, but he used the same phrase in Arizona before he pardoned Arpaio, he had a good feeling. Who knows what that means! Plus with all that stuff happening today, more republicans came out supporting, a state pulled out the lawsuit. So, I'm praying that he will do something humane and good. Frankly, it's hard to even think right now. What do u guys think?

I think he should end DACA and let the EAD phase out. This will force Congress's hand in creating a legislation for us. Even if it's the Bridge Act, it will be more legitimate than DACA.

You’re wasting your time. Those people don’t have any idea how things work or anything for that matter.

I remember there was so many walk outs during my time in high school and this white girl posted online “just get a fucking green card it’s not that hard” and she was crucified by the hispanic girls in school the next day. Lol
