I think typing on this forum serves as sort of therapy for everyone lol. Plus we keep one another informed. Team effort!

Three of those four options are good, with the exception of Bridge. If it were to include ability to travel, that would make it an OK option imho.

Right! Me too! It does suck for the older dreamers though. I do think they need to cap the entry date and age to original DACA requirements. This would allow the older dreamers to qualify

Correction.

Work smart and you'll be able to live well. I know plenty of people who work hard but don't necessarily live well

Yeah we're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

It would be right to include the original DREAMers, but if pushing for this hinders a solution for DACA recipients - do we push for an all for nothing mentality or relief for those already in the system?

aged out dreamers here already said that any bill that doesnt incude them shouldnt pass.

imo, DACA recipients, people who qualified, and ppl who had DACA need immediate relief. any people out of the scope of that is just a bonus.

Sadly I always knew it would come down to the BRIDGE act. Congress is just going to push this as far as they can and kick us down the road again. Hopefully the Dems stand their ground and we get something permanent.

I think if Jones wins in Alabama and pulls off an upset it will have serious repercussions throughout the GOP. They might start moderating more instead of siding with Trump like pussy ass McConnell and Ryan are doing rn
