Paul Ryan once again says DACA will be separate from spending negotiations.
That is okay by me as long as Ryan can back us up early next year.

Fuck off Ryan. Dems shouldn’t give their votes away for free on this one. Does Ryan really think it would be easier to pass a stand-alone daca/Border Security bill by itself than can pass the senate?

They keep saying they want to find a solution for DACA, but when it was time to vote for the CR they gave in. Take tax reform for example, republicans were working after midnight to pass their bill. Democrats need to show that they are committed on helping us and stop postponing the issue by passing any CR. They always say they care about us, but they never prove it.
Schumer said they are close to an agreement. The fact they aren’t having a Twitter war with trump and the GOP or screaming from the bushes that a compromise is near means that they aren’t standing up for us? They are being civilized and negotiating on both sides. That’s just my opinion.

Does he really have a choice though?

If DA+Border Security isn't passed in the omnibus in exchange for Dem votes, next year the Republicans will want a lot more than just border security in exchange for DA.

OJust In: Senator Rand Paul says "Count me as a NO on any budget-busting spending bill."
Note that he says SPENDING bill... looks like he's OK with tax bill adding $1 trillion to debt, but not appropriations bill.

This is the leverage democrats want to throw away?? There will be outrage if they don’t use their backbones

You mean in exchange for BA*.

There won't be a DA vote so close to the primaries.

Daca is NOT the Dream Act. Do not leave people behind!

No age cap (but reasonable date of entey)
No exclusion due to final orders.

If Schumer et al are willing to fund the border they must pass the Dream Act
The community cannot afford to waste their votes for temporary status and a wasted opportunity.

Fight back.
