Nobody would be able to sponsor their parents, not even current US citizens. This provision is probably the biggest sticking point between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats won't accept a bill that eliminates this

But they want America to gain more minority citizens because they tend to vote blue. They're not gonna sacrifice that advantage for DACA.
