If the injunction didn't happen, I'm pretty sure we would have seen that 3 year DACA extension in the omnibus...

Once this gets to the Supreme Court, we will end up with some 3 years extension bullshit and more money for Trump's wall. It's all politics people.

I stand corrected that under Trump, Dreamers are #HERETOSTAY, a prediction I and the ever growing Dreamers For Trump coalition had made about two years ago.
He's not entirely wrong. It's like a bank robbery hostage happily sucking off the bank robbers because the police hasn't been able to negotiate for their release quickly enough - shouting, whenever the robbers' penis is out of their mouth, that "The police is just using us to milk for more media attention!"

i doubt it... im pretty sure no relief wouldve passed the first time they didnt attach it to the first spending bill.

both parties share the blame. the dems tried to force their hand with the leverage but it just wasnt happening bcuz the agenda is set by the Republican Majority, the GOP wouldnt give in during that 3 day shutdown.

the GOP wants to get it done on their terms, no citizenship as relief + draconian immigration enforcements.

and Trump just continues to throw grenades in negotiations to the point it blows any attempt for relief.

we got lucky with the injunction, best deal we can get is with a Dem Majority in January.

the blue wave will be real, and history shows the current WH in power always lose seats in the midterms.

did u see the Emma González and the March For Our Lives crowd? those kids and our younger dreamers are the future.

On the contrary. Be thankful for the injunction because those mofos wouldn't have passed shit without it anyways.

guarantee and bets that Trump will change his affilation to Democrat if Dems take a super majority.

lmao its 50-50 chance. it’s plausible.

i want that shit to happen and see how his followers realize that they been fooled the last 2 yrs. he is a democrat from NY after all before he decided to get into politics.

No, he won’t. He will be in full campaign mode from 2018-2020. Basically will be a gridlock until 2020. If he is elected in 2020 and democrats are in the majority then you might see some sort of compromise.

Look, I don't care about the reasons behind anything. All I know is DACA is alive and I am able to renew and there is immense pressure on Congress to get something permanent pass and this is possible only because DACA was rescinded. I think everyones circumstance is different. I am as safe as ever and so are many other DACA recipients. WH has not changed its priorities to include EVERYONE. If this was the case, none of us would be here. What do you talking about??? As much as we all hate Trump, we have to accept that it is his rescinding of DACA and continuing to talk about it which is keeping pressure up on the dirty Democrats who along with corrupt McConnell and Ryan have no intentions at all to pass anything due to this injunction now.

Where have you been? Every undocumented person is deportable equally - those with and without criminal records. This doesn’t mean they are actively going after everyone, but if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time...

As usual you give Trump a pass for his inaction and sabotage of any negotiation. What’s your excuse for Trump rejecting the Democrats offer DREAM Act for $25 billion wall money a week ago?
