For me I actually followed the instructions

“Do not include departure if they before your last renewal, only include new ones”

So I didn’t include anything regarding a departure because I had already notified them in the 1st renewal I did and everything went fine. Second renewal comes and I didn’t include that. Then I get a letter of intend of having my DACA terminated and has 30 days to reply. I didn’t have any physical records. Luckily cbs website has a useful tool where you type your passport number and shows all departures and entries along with what they let you in ( for me it was AP). I sent them that and within days my renewal was approved. The latest renewal I wasn’t going to fuck anymore and included that again. No issues.

How exactly do you expect the USCIS case workers to know that those pages you didn't submit didn't apply to you? For all they know you could have forgotten to include them. Imagine the shit they would get if USCIS was approving incomplete DACA applications.

This is why I did my first renewal through a lawyer. I wanted to see what they sent. Lots of people say it's a waste of money, to me $500 dollars for peace of mind is cheap.

I do renewals myself now. Every year after is just been a copy-paste from the previous. I don't type N/A anywhere, I just leave it blank.

It does mention on the I-765 Inst - page 20 - under required documents and in bold "MUST" submit. Also, I was rejected on my 2dn renewal because I did not send the passport pictures. So, no thanks for your advice.

I didn't submit mine and I have biometrics tomorrow. It varies on whoever processes yours.

Sigh. Dreamers really need to get a better grasp of the English language. If reading comprehension was part of the test to get a green card, we'd have a less than 1% DACA population getting a Green Card. Please read on Page 20 under Part B

NOTE: If you are filing under the (c)(33) category, you are not required to submit additional documentation
beyond what you submit with Form I-821D under 2. What documents do you need to provide to prove identity
in the Evidence for Initial Requests Only section of the Form I-821D Instructions.

^ Follow those instructions and you'll find zero requirement of passport photos. If you're reading part C, you already failed.

If you're going to follow B & C why are you not following part A?

A. A copy of at least one of the following documents: Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (front and back), a
printout of your electronic Form I-94 from www.cbp.gov/i94, passport, or other travel document. If you are filing
Form I-765 under the (c)(9) category, copies of any of the above are not required.

How many of you submitted an I-94 for your renewal, as it appears to be a "requirement" based on the assumption some of you are making.

My card went into production last year with no passport pictures submitted. Same for the last 3 years. And some of you want Migrants to learn the English language. smdh.

That guy just said his app was rejected because he didn’t include the passport photos and here you are actually justifying why no passports are needed

They see who they are processing the application for based on the copies of your EAD that you must submit. Based on that EAD, they can pull any biometric info on you, so that when you go do your renewal biometrics, not only do they use the photo to cross reference, that is why USCIS takes your finger prints. If you send pass port pictures you’re not following instructions. Look send them if it makes you feel better. You’re not causing any harm —I bet when uscis reviews them and they see passport pictures they roll their eyes and throw them away .

Just play it safe and send them the selfies, it'll only cost you 15 bucks at Costco and if you need to save on ink cartridges, Cannon black and white laser printer will last you forever.

It only takes 2 seconds to print a blank sheet of paper.
