I did my bios Jan 15th, and I haven't been approved...but I'm not worried. I have until mid May.

Biometrics done 2/6/2020
EAD approved 2/7/2020

That's lightning fast! Happy but it seems like I've lost a few months due to this early approval coz my EAD is expiring in May.

Indeed. I believe this will be the last renewal with increasing prospects of SCOTUS striking it down after which I believe chances of a law passing will go up drastically.

you didnt have those few months to begin with. This is most certainly going to be the last renewal for the vast majority of DACAs

DACA will most certainly be struck down, because the court case isn't about whether it can be struck down at all. It can. It should've. It wasn't struck down properly. Had they done the proper sequence for striking it down, it would've died in 2016.

How anyone can assume there will be DACA in existence in two years is a fools prediction.

All time after 2016 has been a hail Mary pass.

We will have to see how Trump fixes this shitshow in 2021 in his second term once the wall is finished. He literally could do mass deportations if he really wanted to by that point. Congress and the courts cant stop him, the laws are already on the books.

Apparently I was approved on 2-4-2020. I just received the notice in the mail. My employment authorization was approved on 2-7-2020...so should receive it soon. Strangely I did not receive any text or e-mail alert.
