March biometric appointments - Page 3

If you applied for renewal and were unable to make your biometrics appointments. THIS IS NOT AUTOMATIC EXTENSION!

I guess they use it to make sure your prints dont match with prints taken from criminal activities since your last renewal. they probably want to confirm if we were not part of any criminal activity. Its just my opinion lol

UPDATE- As of today my case status has not been updated to reflect they will be using previous biometrics, other than the general email USCIS sent us to let us know how they will proceed I haven't received an official notice pertaining to my case they will be using my previous biometrics.

Can anyone else confirm their cases have pretty much been stuck since your schedule biometrics has been cancelled in my case it was scheduled for March 26th.

same here. my bio was scheduled for March 30. I haven't received the letter either stating they will use my old bios. According to some others posts on another topic, some have gotten approved without getting the letter. I expire in August.

Thanks!! I expire in July. I'm going to call tomorrow hopefully it helps in alerting them, they have left our applications behind.
