Realistically, they are hiding behind policy.

Original deferred action has always been given in 1 year intervals.

I believe it will take six months to really do anything.

if they dare fuck w/applications already mailed in and "on hold" they open themselves up to lawsuit and getting this EO stopped in court. I hope they do, they're that incompetent.

Maybe he does it through a lawyer. I checked the USCIS website and its still $495 all together with the biometrics fee.
