I am glad you have made it out of that horrible situation KingGeorge. I couldn't agree with you more about Demise. He has been a life saver for sooo many of us. We all don't post here all the time, but I can tell you I keep that case in my thoughts and the universe has to do its thing for him now. Demise has done his part already.

The whole system is ridiculously stupid. In other news, if they did approve your VAWA I-751 then you're eligible to naturalize after 3 years. On N-400 check the other box and write in "LPR for 3 years, granted VAWA ROC, INA 216(c)(4)(C), INA 319(a)". Include copy of your I-751 approval notice since you won't have a special category code on your green card. |

Of course all of this nonsense is either on video or pictures saved up in my phone. The threats are real. Now, her and her kids have basically turned enemies. Am stuck between staying and leaving, but am more on the leaving side, cuz this nonsense isn't worth anything.
