But I must admit that you’ve helped a lot of us in here. Not sure whether you know this or not, but you gave me hope and provided a lot of assistance filing most of my papers. Even this VAWA case, I did it because of your help. Thanks a lot and God bless you!

I am glad you have made it out of that horrible situation KingGeorge. I couldn't agree with you more about Demise. He has been a life saver for sooo many of us. We all don't post here all the time, but I can tell you I keep that case in my thoughts and the universe has to do its thing for him now. Demise has done his part already.

The whole system is ridiculously stupid.

In other news, if they did approve your VAWA I-751 then you're eligible to naturalize after 3 years. On N-400 check the other box and write in "LPR for 3 years, granted VAWA ROC, INA 216(c)(4)(C), INA 319(a)". Include copy of your I-751 approval notice since you won't have a special category code on your green card.
On the green card where it says “category”, it says “IR6”. Am I still good to go ahead and apply for citizenship? I’ve been LPR for 4 years now.

Yeah just include a copy of the I-751 approval notice stating that you got the battered spouse waiver.

He got his IR6 green card so looks like the VAWA I-751 was approved. That's the hard part, N-400 past that point is a cakewalk.

Came here legally, got DACA, met my wife at work, got married, got approved for a conditional green card..well, we enjoyed the good times together and so on. one thing I can say is we enjoyed our times at the beginning just like everyone else. She told me she got kids (foreign country), she's naturalized. All hell went loose soon as her kids got here, her mother who was in her country at the time was basically running my house through her. Everything I did was bad to them, the mother turned jealousy as fcuk. Anyway...sh*t keeps going down south day by day, it has gotten to a point where she's withholding my wallet ( I guess she don't want me to leave the house), holding a knife wanting to "kill" me, breaking doors in the house, pouring water on while am asleep, and so on. Of course all of this nonsense is either on video or pictures saved up in my phone. The threats are real. Now, her and her kids have basically turned enemies. Am stuck between staying and leaving, but am more on the leaving side, cuz this nonsense isn't worth anything.

Suggestions fellas!
