sry for #2 but that's the way that it has to be for joe's bill to have any chance of passing the senate.
I vehemently disagree with #2. How does someone that was brought to the US at 2 months old and missed the cut off date by a month less deserving than someone that sneaks in at age 15 and falls within the cut off date. The upper age limit was stupid when it was placed there by the Obama admin. And where is the opposition to this? It seems to be the same people that would oppose removing the age limit are the ones that would oppose any solution regardless.

I feel the same way. If they can’t get anything done, I hope they at least change the language for DACA to remove age cap. That was just too sad for original dreamers who campaigned for Dream Act for so long and then they were left out of DACA.

Immigration law just needs a statute of limitations. If the government doesn't properly get rid of you in lets say 10 years, you get to adjust via registry.

Also, re-institute 245(i) and get rid of the re-entry bars. You damn well know that a lot of people here would get onto H-1Bs and EB-2/3 sponsorship if that was an option.

It interesting how you phrase that “someone who sneaks in at 15” so you think dreamers made the choice to come here? You think it was dreamers who snuck here all on their own?

I meant “sneak” in under the age limit not over the boarder.
