The Supremes should have KILLED DACA so Congress would have gotten it's aft together.

And here we are again with the same lawsuits.

It’s easier said than done now that we know what the outcome of the election is.

Had the Supreme Court would have ended DACA, what makes you think Congress would have rushed to help us when they can’t even agree for healthcare and COVID aid for American citizens?

Yes I understand we wanted the Supreme Court to act so we can get some certainty, but with all the current events happening as we speak, that answer would have not come anywhere soon, meanwhile Dreamers would be expiring at a high rate and losing their jobs.

Its easy to see how this country became so fractured with so many people voting against their own interest. To think that even in a forum like this, there are those that that think Democrats are solely to blame for the DA not passing, despite 4 years of an openly racist, xenophobic Republican administration intent on permanently limiting immigration - legal and otherwise.

Because we have people suffering from Stockholm syndrome and some Qanon trolls here’s like John

Personally, I think the argument over the issue is far more useful for both political parties than solving the issue. That was very apparent when trump turned down $25billion for the dreamers deal made by Chuck back in 2016. Then you have house dems passing a partisan dream act v2 that had 0 chance of becoming law close to election time.

That is our sad reality.. the only thing we can do is keep fighting.

I don't have a link right now

But as soon as I find it I will post it

I am 100% sure Dems inserted a bad faith backdoor poison pill

You’re not going to find it because it never was there. Don’t you have charity to collect or something

Fair argument, but at some point people and some immigrant orgs will lose patience with dems. There is research pointing to disillusionment amongst hispanics with dems because they never put up when it comes to immigration, some people switched to republicans in the 2020 elections because of this. Why do you think dems are making a big fuss about immigration from the get go?

The time is now, the left ran out of patience.
