I understand the whole spiel about being realistic. I don’t think I deviate from reality. I have said many times that relief may come (I am optimistic it can), and relief may not come. If it doesn’t, who cares. Will that stop you? It won’t stop me from achieving most of my dreams. It never has. My status does prevent me from reaching my full potential in terms of prosecuting or taking certain jobs, but I don’t live my life in an unreasonably bitter or negative way. There’s a difference between realistic and excessively bitter or negative. Some of you need to stop being whiners and start counting your blessings. We are better off than most people in this world.
