Per details of the parliamentarian's ruling, obtained by POLITICO, the parliamentarian writes that it's "one in which those persons who are not currently eligible to adjust status under the law (a substantial proportion of the targeted population) would become eligible"

Not surprising. Even a layman can figure out from parliamentarian's initial ruling that the only measure she MIGHT approve is legalizing those with some form of protected status such as DACA, TPS, DED (as opposed to no status at all).

She repeatedly in her ruling separated out people with temp status such as DACA, TPS from rest of the undocumented population.

The fact that democrats' second plan was to legalize almost the same group of people whom she rejected in the first place, only this time through a different legislative tactic, tells us that they are not serious. Period.

Gee, I wonder where they're getting this delusional push to legalize everyone? It sounds so... very familiar. Could it be UWD fucking us over like the many times before?

There you go... as I said earlier .... plan B did not even address the original objections. These imbeciles didn't even try hard. Parliamentarian said her "analysis ... is thus largely the same"

Changing the registry date is a "weighty policy change and our analysis of this issue is thus largely the same" as for Democrats' previous proposal to provide legal permanent resident status to some immigrants, MacDonough told Democrats in her guidance.

What I find funny (not really) is that majority of Uwd people who continue to push for all or nothing are all former daca holder who have green cards now
