Lots of immigrants in limbo because of the backlogs which are stupid. You are eligible for a petition , file, pay, the game keeps the money, they need to allocate s visa.

Anyone know the stats on pending family or work petitions from undocumented migrants that are just sitting there because the number of visas has not changed?
