It is time for Democrats to stop playing a dangerous game and start taking action. Sitting back and letting things play out will only make them appear weaker and cause more people to leave the party.

Currently, they are polling at their lowest, with more people defecting to either become independent or Republican. Regrettably, the Democrats are too weak to comprehend their voters.
Democrats often don't have control of both houses of congress and thus its easy for Republicans to block and obstruct. Last time they had control was during 2021 with a 50-50 split and a lot of Democrats in unsafe seats and not enough vulnerable republicans to invoke cloture on the filibuster.

If people want Democrat ideals then they have to get out there and vote. Otherwise, no complaining allowed.

I strongly disagree with you. Democrats have numerous strategies to fight back, one of which is through government funding. Another approach is for states with Democratic governors and legislatures to enact laws that protect their states and be aggressive with it.

However, a major downfall for Democrats is their lack of strength and organizational abilities. Look at how Republicans organized themselves - they allowed their 2016 primary elections to unfold and listened to their voters. Despite the Republican establishment's reservations about Trump, the party did not undermine him like the Democrats did with Bernie.

As a result, Republicans won the 2016 elections and stacked the Supreme Court in their favor. This has enabled them to implement any policies they desire, all by outmaneuvering the Democratic Party. Currently, the Democratic Party lacks a clear message and seems unsure of their values. Their polling numbers are at an all-time low, with more people defecting from the party.

It is imperative that the Democratic party retools by removing Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries and stops promoting individuals solely based on their ranks. The decision by 84-year-old Nancy Pelosi to prevent AOC from obtaining a top House oversight position speaks volumes about the current state of the party.

The Democrats claim to be the party of open arms, but they fail to welcome those with differing ideas. They are entrenched in the past and have lost the support of key figures like Bernie, Elon, Trump, Tulsi, RFK Jr, Joe Rogan, tech companies, unions, newspapers, and more. To win, it is crucial to have these individuals on your side, even if you may not always agree with them.

The Republican party has successfully utilized these alliances to their advantage, outsmarting the Democratic party. It is time for the Democrats to reassess their approach and embrace a more inclusive and strategic mindset. It is evident that they have failed to learn from past mistakes, ignore the voices of their constituents, and maintain the status quo of the party establishment. This is precisely why Trump emerged victorious.

He is unafraid to enact change and take unconventional actions that traditional politicians shy away from. It is time for the Democratic party to heed the call for change and embrace a new direction.

They need to stop obsessing over pronouns and transgenders and start prioritizing the working class party again. And don't be shocked if they give in during the government shutdown.

I definitely remember when they undermined Bernie with their 150 votes against him by the DNC. This is all the fruit of that fateful choice.

https://www.salon.com/2016/02/13/un_...ots_activists/

Superdelegate system. aka RIGGING.

"Unpledged delegates exist really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don't have to be in a position where they are running against grassroots activists."

This is the rot at the heart of the democrat party and why they aren't effective.

Yeah they are going to fold in the upcoming government shutdown. After all, with the system stacked in their favor they have nothing to worry about if they fold.

Yeah and given their recent behavior at the DNC they are still on the woke and thus will take on more losses.
