haha man i wish i could have that feeling that some of you guys have about driving. The whole having to much at risk! I have been driving since high school, Ive had 3 different cars, gotten 2 speeding tickets, and all of this with no license. I mean here is the thing just follow the rules, and people will get that you are a good and descent person, well at least do this for your car, register you car, get insurance, and just explain to someone when something happens, like for example, getting pulled over, just tell the officer look i unfortunately can not get a license not because i do not want to but because i do not have the possibility get one. Just tell the officer or judge(lol) that you are a student, worker, father etc. all of this mind you with a genuine intent and care to be a better person, and want to avoid repeating this situation, just like any other American.

After my license expired and my naturalization case was denied they wouldn’t renew my license in CA. This was truly upsetting; however it didn’t stop me from driving because life in America is just to mobile. I try as hard as possible to obey every rule and always say a little prayer because you never know when you’re getting pulled over.

The key to driving if you don’t have a license is to not attract any attention, don’t drive late, obey rules, no loud music, NO WINDOW TINTING, NO CELL PHONES, or body mods, if you have ever seen "Driving Miss Daisy", you want to look like that.

I can't drive, cant afford a car anyway
I honestly don't need to, my friends all have cars, but it would be nice to not have to ask for a ride
I just wish I could have some form of I.D to get into clubs and bars even just to get into an R rated movie :/
I have a passport but the pic is waaayyy old

You should just go to the nearest consulate/embassy of your home country and they will issue you a new passport without any problem, they don't care about your immigration status obviously, its none of their business. An ID shouldn't be stopping you from going to clubs and bars.

For the people who know how to drive but drives without a license - why? its possible to get a license in some states and in Utah you can get a Driving Privellege Card and drive legally and register a car with it in Utah. You need an ITIN, a photo ID, and 2 proof of residency (open a bank account there and show proof of adress by renting a motel for a week and tell them that you live there - I heard its enough).
Soon NJ will have this Driving Privillege Card and it will be the same in NJ.

Driving without a license is risky, there are so many ways to get a driver's license and now you all can get a driving privellege card in Utah.

So no excuse to drive without a driver's license
