Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 30

Im in New York.

Today is 4 weeks(8-25-16) since my DACA was approved and I have yet to get my EAD.
ELIS Shows it's "IN PROCESS", I emailed them on 09/13/16 they responded on 09/16/16 with this:
Our system shows that your DACA package was approved on August 26, 2016. Your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is in production. Your EAD and approval notice will be mailed to the address on file once the card is produced. If you do not receive the card or approval notice within 60 days from the date of this notice, please submit another inquiry to the USCIS Customer Contact Center.

Case tracker shows Biometrics was schedule on 04/29/16 and I did them on 05/18/16.
Submitted a CASE PROCESSING INQUIRY on 09/07/16, got a response on 09/12/16 saying this:
The status of this service request is:
We have received your inquiry stating that your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) is beyond the expected six month processing period. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is making every effort to process these cases within the stated time frame and hope to adjudicate your case in the near future. However, at this time we cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your request for deferred action.

I spoke to Tier 2 on 09/13/16 and they said I should maybe be seeing something in 2 weeks.

I spoke to Tier 2 on 09/20/16 and she submitted as SR(which has not been assigned) and even she said she doesn't understand why my card has not been produced since I was approved on 08/25/16.

UGH I'm so frustrated with this we filed on 04/25/16 my EAD expired 08/03/16.

Yup same exact thing is happening with me and i got same reponses in a email from uscis and calls to tier 2. This is extremely frustrating :/

Just got a call from my hR informing me my 30 day leave is expiring soon. My manager and director both don't understand why I'm not back at work since I showed them I was approved on 9/9. And to top it off uscis has been useless any giving any answers. This has been a nightmare.

What is your current message on ELIS and tracker? Is it possible for them to do EVERIFY on you? you technically are in the system.

Application recieved: June 21, 2016.
Ead expiration: 11/13/2016
Daca approval: 09/13/2016

Waiting for an EAD approval...

stuck in both as "in progress". Tier 2 officer said that the solution is for my employer to use Everify because and i quote "i should not be fired since my permit is stuck in production but I have an approval"

Everify cannot be used for current employees - only for new hires. my HR confirmed this and said that it has to be the EAD.

How do I speak with a tier 2 rep?

ayran123, you still having that issue were ELIS shows one thing but case tracker isn't updated?


I have a friend who got approved a day before me and hers already shows card being produce but I'm 3 days out and ELIS says approved but case tracker still says "Biometrics ready to be scheduled."

Yup ELIS still shows application pending and case tracker still says 765 application recieved on sept 5th -__-
Both ELIS and case tracker isnt providing any updates for me probably bcuz of some glitch, just tier 2 confirmed my ead is in production yesterday and i also have a response to my erequest inquiry from a week ago saying the same.

Did your friend get thier EAD in the mail yet?
