He also mentioned that he had heard of people receiving letters notifying them that their old biometrics would be used to avoid a delay in their case. He asked me if I got a letter to that effect and I said no. So he said to wait some more. Our conversation was brief and that's all he mentioned... as he was speaking to me as a favor to my church pastor. |

Have anyone submitted multiple e-requests one after another after they respond to it. Anyonewho got approved have any advice in regards to what you did (ie. how often you called, submitted e-requests, etc)

that is what the lawer was telling me... and he had no reason to lie to me as he could not care less about how I felt since I wasn't even a paying customer... but he mentioned so few details about it that it did not sound like it was a client of his that it happend to... so I'm considering it could just be hearsay or happened under some circumstance that does not apply to us... |

Initial DACA received 08/16/2012, I821D/EAD approved: 10/11/20121st renewal received6/17/2014. Biometrics 7/10/14. Approved 9/8/2014.
2nd renewal received 4/19/2016. Biometrics 9/6. EAD Expired 9/8/2016, approved on 9/19/2016,
3rd renewal received 2/12/2018, biometrics 3/5. Approved 4/25/2018
