A lot of March applications were approved. Some are still pending though, as is the first weeks of April and May.

May 9 app here, expire 9/21 and HR told me I'll be terminated if I don't provide new EAD yesterday. Seeing as SOME April apps are just now getting approved, probably looking at being unemployed for a couple weeks/month

The approvals have been sporadic, you still have time for USCIS to get their act together. Our timelines are sort of similar.

Frustrating that the only thing left to do is hope USCIS gets their act together, I'm not gonna hold my breath honestly. And I know! I've been lurking this thread for a couple weeks and every time I come I look at your signature hoping it's updated with an approval since we're similar haha

There's a chance, but I will definitely be replaced if I don't come back with a new EAD within 3 weeks after it expires. The only thing keeping me sane is there will be a couple of paychecks between now and the 21st so I won't be homeless if I can't find some other income while I wait.

Mine expires 10/5, but my lawyer told me not to send till 90 days left(cause they were being returned) , so they sent it on 07/09- received on 07/12. Still no date for bios. did anybody encounter this problem? i feel like my lawyer screwed me over somehow.

Would you say they are more informative through this? How long for a response?
