Still no Bios 85+day . Today I got this emial from USCIS:

The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your Biometrics Appointment has not been scheduled. We have requested that your Biometrics Appointment be scheduled.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Did anyone get this?

You should call customer service and asked to be transferred to the ELIS help desk since apparently notices show up there now so you could print it before it actually arrives in the mail or in the case if it gets lost.

I am almost positive that this is a results of my last inquiry this Monday via the Contact Us button on my online account. I told them specifically to schedule my biometrics appointment outside of ELIS because ELIS is not working for me. I think ELIS is supposed to schedule our bio appts automatically but since I never got the access code to set the online account up initially and had to call for it, something went wrong there.

NotAPro also got his biometrics appt scheduled a few days after sending a similar inquiry.

I got that response this morning as well from NSC but I got a email and text update late last night that my bio appt has been scheduled so I think it's just like a generic response unfortunately.

Thank you!! What did you say to them? I am assuming you used the same Contact Us within the online account? I was hoping I can get it done today since my company has half day Fridays. Last time when I talked to a Tier II rep, they also told me I could call and have them fax it to me but I would need to find a fax machine for that.

Yes, I did but I believe both NotAPro and I sent the inquiry with the "Contact Us" button within the online account. They are usually much faster at replying (a few days turnaround time) although replies has been useless so far aside from my last inquiry. Meanwhile, I got a reply from my service request to NSC this morning saying that my bio appt has not been scheduled yet, and that they have requested it to be scheduled. I have submitted like 3 or 4 service requests through e-request so far, and they have been useless.

If you do not have an access code, call customer service and asked to be transferred to ELIS to get the access code or submit the inquiry here:

Yeah, I did notice that too yesterday but I would go ahead, pick one, and submit an inquiry there anyways. Doesn't hurt to try. It does say on the bottom that "PURPOSE: The primary purpose for completing is to respond to your request for assistance with an immigration benefit application, petition, and document."
