Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 32

I just spoken with a tier 2 and got the tracking number today. My card was produced on 9/19 so it took them 3 days from produced to mail.

^^^ when someone who got approved WAY after you gets their EAD mailed on time. Hm.

In ELIS...Does anyone know how to send a Service Request about I-765???

Is it that same option where you use New Message under Contact Us? Because when I use that it only allows me to choose I-821D for the "Receipt Number" option?

I want to see if I can get a reply where they say my card is in production or something...anything...

My Elis has shown produced and mail since 9/19 but it wasn't till today that I get my tracking number. Nothing changes on case tracker.

Wait what does your basic case tracker say?

Is case tracker any indication of the card being in actual production?

MOST are seeing card production on the case tracker then a few days later ELIS will reflect it. However, some like me aren't seeing these changes.

Okay, so can someone help me understand a little better. I have been approved since 08/09 and have only received my DACA approval. Nothing from my work authorization.

On Elis, i have this message displaying "Card Produced - (Non-DACA)
USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided."

However case tracker says this " On August 8, 2016, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number IOE*************. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

So I have no idea what is going on. I have spoken to a total of 4 officers, and it is a complete waste of time.
