It's on the White House framework that everyone and their mom (ha) has been posting all day.

I'm on mobile, but it's the first bullet point under "Protect the nuclear family"

Citizens and LPR can sponsor spouses and minor children. His mom married a citizen? She's good

Goodlatte bill shouldn't even be a baseline. The guideline has so many poison pills in it that you won't even make it to citizenship. Second of all why would any USC give up their rights for Dreamers? If I was a USC, I would say fuck dreamers I'm going to sponsor my siblings and parents. You bitches can go back to your own country. It's fair if they limit the chain migration to us. Dreamers can't ever sponsor family - that would be fine. Also that 30 billion for a wall and addition ICE agents is bullshit. Just because Schumer put that out there to bait Trump doesn't mean he can get that now.

The guidelines are BS. Trump needs to get his hands out of Miller's pussy and start actually negotiating a bill that will pass. I want to see this bill of love instead of holding us hostage for a king's ransom.

Yeah why should USC have to pay the price for us? This shit is gonna turn a lot of people against us

It is my understanding that this bill will still allow US Citizens to sponsor. Dreamers however wouldn't be allowed to.

If this is true this is gonna create a subclass of citizens where some have rights more than others.

Miller/extremist wing of GOP knows that these principles alone would never pass the House & Senate, so they dangle the citizenship for DREAMers, hoping DEMs and moderate Republicans are desperate enough.

I think we all have to understand that this is just the beginning of negotiations. This isn't the final draft. Let's not panic here like if it's already being sent to the Senate or House up for a vote.
