And here I am thinking my case was flagged earlier this month just my luck!! Good thing I decided to follow up with nilc earlier this week, otherwise I would have never known it wasn't flagged.

"For some reason your case is not in our spreadsheet so I don’t see any record of it being flagged. We can flag it with USCIS headquarters on Monday and they should contact you directly with an update on your case."

The CSC being quicker? Pfft i wish, I've veen waitng for around 193 and there is someone else on the board that has been waiting for 200+. Who told you the CSC is working on cases from the 18 of February? If thats the case then i should get approved any day now

Sent emails through ELIS but haven't heard anything from them yet.

What is your timeline

I got this regarding my request for manual BIOS scheduling:

"After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the Nebraska Service Center. The referral ID for this inquiry is ___. The Nebraska Service Center will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your request for expedited adjudication."

This looks similar to others I've seen on the thread, but this one states that I requested "expedited adjudication." I did? I just want my bios notice.

Wholy shit you serious!! This is beyond stupid!! I really dont knwo what the hell is going on. I sent a service request back in August 11 and it had the NSC in the reference number. Today i sbmitted another one and it has CSC on it. And the tier 1 rep told me my case is in cali. My receipt says nebraska. Has this happened to anyone??

That would be really weird to transfer your case to CSC given that NSC is close to april timeframe. Im hoping they didnt move mine to cali I'll submit an inquiry and see.

I just got nausea from reading your post. 193 days?. That's unfathomable. I'm closing in on 160. I have bills to think about so I'll probably go back to work next week, EAD or not.

I just hope this unlawful presence we are accruing doesn't impact is in the future.

Yup. When I followed up today, the Tier 1 rep told me that my case was in California. When I told her that all of my receipts have been from Nebraska, she didn't really correct herself. She just said that if that's what is on my notices, then that's the service center.

Idk...wouldn't they have told you if your case was being transferred?
