Anyone expiring in 2021 and sending renewal application before the Supreme Court ruling? My daca expire September 2021 and I'm thinking of sending it next month or so. I know I won't get approved before the ruling but do you guys think they will still process pending renewal requests? Worth a shot?

Send your shit in, don't rely on the supreme Court saving us.
At least have it in the system.

The cost is worth it.

Mine expires in July of 2021 but I don’t plan to renew before the ruling. I’m tired of living in fear and if they’re going to cancel it then it doesn’t matter if I give myself another few months. Maybe it’ll push me to find a wife. Idk

If the Supreme court decides tomorrow not to allow any more renewal submissions but allows those already submitted to be processed, you would be losing out ~ 19 months.

If the Supreme court comes with a decision against Trump and doesn't direct DHS/USCIS to do anything, you can bet the administration will quickly rescind DACA "correctly" this time. Again, you would be losing out ~19 months.

Either way, it might be a good idea for you to just send it in. At worst, you'll lose $495. At best, you'll be able to work ~19 more months which sounds much more valuable to me at least.

My EAD expires 10/21. I already have completed biometrics for the next EAD.

Hi guys!

I’m fixing to mail my renewal packet one of these days. I have expiration of 10/20.

I noticed that form I-765 went from 2 pages to 7. I’m a little paranoid that I will miss something important . I filled it out to the best that I could.

I have a few of questions:
On page 2:
18.A Country: I put Mexico *its asking for countries of citizenship/nationality

On page 3:

Since I didn’t use a passport to enter, I answered questions 22-24

For question 25, I answered DACA Recipient

For question 27 I put category C33 which means I don’t answer anything on the rest of the page.

On page 4:
I checked 1a and will only answer questions 3-5. I will sign and date on question 7a & 7b and leave the rest of the page blank.

On page 5&6:
I left them blank because I didn’t use a preparer/interpreter

On page 7:
I only put in my name and A number since I don’t need to write anything extra.

I will appreciate any help I can get. I’m very nervous to forget something and getting application denied!

Got my bio apartment in the mail for 03-17-2020. Those who expire in 2021 and have already sent in renewals don't expect to be approve before the Supreme Court decision in June, so it will be interesting to see how pending cases will be handled if the Court rule against us.

Getting ready to send my renewal, I expire 09/2020. Glad that I waited and didn't send it in Jan or else I probably would have lost a lot of time again. Sucks that we can't get our EADs to renew right after our old one expire.

Anyway...has anyone who has used AP been able to access a copy online? I went to look up I-94 as instructed on USCIS and when I submitted my info it showed when I left and came back. Before I could print it there was a question that asked if there was freedom of information act request and I put no. I sure that I was supposed to put yes. Well not only did it not let me print, now my info doesn't pop up at all when I search it.

I know I am probably being paranoid and all but wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue. I am terrified of something happening to my passport. I was EWI and did AP to clear it so I could AOS when my daughter was old enough.
