That is sort of true. They do have a program like that (where you pay extra to have your application expedited) but they don't do DACA. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/how-do-i...essing-service

They should really just charge for expedited processing on applications. This will help out their bottom line and shut those who say that we cost the government.

They should create a "Pay To Play" system.

Hello everyone. I was talking to a few immigration lawyers that are very involved with what is going on. Primarily with teachers at universities. What I was told by numerous people who are working with local officials as well as the federal government is that anyone who filed between February 2nd and May 15th are affected by a system error that they have been trying to fix. There is nothing that they can do about that but all the sources stated that by the second week of September they should have everything fixed and if your case does not expire by then you should be fine and that you will receive the approval. USCIS told them that they expect to have everything solved by the second week of September and they have had cases that are now being approved that are starting to come in that have been filed during those dates. Stay positive everyone we are all in this together.

Thank you for the information! This definetly gives us a time line to tell our employers. Is there any sort of link or source of this information?

Hopeful that this is true. It's just a little difficult to trust whatever they say after the experiences and different responses/results everyone on here has gone through. With it being targeted to be fixed by second week of September, approvals should start rolling in again. My lawyer did tell me that Feb-May is when they received a BUNCH of applications so this may have contributed to the error or delay. Praying we all don't have to go through this again; something better this way comes (=

Thanks for sharing, that looks very promising. Hopefully it does get done by that timeline at least
