Did you request they send you the access code letter or did it just come unexpectedly? Usually, the bio and access code letter come in the mail together or shortly thereafter.

When do you expire and your bio date?

Do you see any updates on your ELIS account? I got a text today that there was an update and I check the case status and it says my bio is scheduled but nothing on my ELIS account.

I didn't request, it was unexpected. I thought it was the appointment.

Check on the case status site or even ELIS if there is an update. You might be getting the bio appointment letter soon since everyone got those at about the same time.

Just a little update, my card arrived on the mail yesterday. It went into production the 15th of this month. The date of expiration is actually the 08/14/18 and my already expired card's expiration date was 08/18/16. This is just to give you some insight on what dates your future EAC will have.

No update on the data recovery efforts as USCIS has been very quite lately and put a lot of red tape on the issue.

A guy posted earlier that USCIS's timeline is to get everything on track by the second week of September. I'm guessing you haven't heard anything like that then?

hey guys, woke up to a text and email this morning that my biometrics appointment was finally scheduled (only took them 70 days.... ) if anyone is still waiting for bios i would recommend to call uscis and ask to speak to an immigration officer, i had a customer service rep and an immigration officer put service requests to get my bios scheduled but I think having the officer is what pushed it through because she actually gave me a date (sept. 7th) that I should be receiving information about it, she also gave me the access code to create an ELIS account quite easily. So, are we able to see the biometrics letter on ELIS or do I have to wait to receive it in the mail? The only change is see on my status is on case tracker saying that appointment was scheduled but I don't see anything on my ELIS yet...
