OK so about the passport question...what country issued your last passport? I wrote united states since I renewed it here...am I right? Orr?

You should have written the country which you are a citizen of. So if the Mexican Consulate (just as an example) issued your new passport (even though you renewed it in the US) the country of issuance would still be Mexico, not the US.

Are most people here sending their I-765 Worksheet? I'm wondering if we need to or if it's even necessary for renewals.

Are we supposed to attached the actual work permit card and send it back? And where does it say to send pictures.

We are supposed to answer all the questions on I-821D, but for Part 2, Travel information, I haven't left the U.S. after my DACA approval. Since I answered "yes" on Part2, Q1, do I leave 6 and 7 blank? What did you guys do?

Another dumb question. I'm trying to fill out the PDF, but a few questions, like "Name, City, and State of School" do not provide enough space. Is there a way to adjust the font size? Do I just skip those questions and write with pen after I print it out?

Never send original files unless specifically asked to do so. Copies will suffice. The picture requirement is in the I-765 instructions. Top of page 6.
Per the USCIS website: The renewal process begins by filing the new version of Form I-821D “Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals,” Form I-765 “Application for Employment Authorization,” and the I-765 Worksheet.

Leave it blank since you haven't left the country. As to education question which is Part 3, that section is not required for renewals.
